  • Renowned as one of Europe's most romantic spots, with a stunning view of the lake, Garda town and La Rocca.
  • Open for lunch and aperitivo only (no dinner). Small menu of cold dishes — salads, tartare, carpaccios.
  • Pricey (about €25 for a salad) but good ingredients and big portions — best for aperitivo and its famous Aperol Spritz.
  • Best to book in advance.

Good to know

  • The beach opposite (Riviera) charges entry (approx. €25/adult, €12/child) but is worth it for a quiet, uncrowded beach with sunbeds and shade.
  • When low tides allow, you can walk along the shore from Punta San Vigilio to Garda — and have a dip on the way.
  • Parking: free and easy, a 2-min walk from the entrance.

  • Parking: Parco degli Albertini (4-min walk), Dei Tigli (8-min walk) or Lungolago Europa (9-min walk).

Good to know

  • A few steps from the ferry stop — reach Garda or Sirmione in about 30 min (Lazise → Bardolino → Garda, or Lazise → Peschiera → Sirmione). Check the return schedule before boarding!
  • Near the public parking is a bike rental shop (Los Locos Bike Shop) for the lakeside cycle path up to Bardolino (20-min ride) or beyond.
  • Parking: Parcheggio Marra (8-min walk) at the edge of Lazise, so you can wander the village and its Castello Scaligero on the way in.
